(KNZA)--A single-vehicle wreck on K-7 highway in Atchison County Friday afternoon sent a Troy man to the hospital.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 66-year-old Harry Smith was northbound when his semi crossed the highway and entered the west ditch, striking a utility pole. Smith, who wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, was transported to the Atchison hospital with unspecified injuries.
The Patrol says the wreck was reported around 2 about five miles north of Atchison.
