(KLZA)-- 29-year-old Zachary Blunt of Falls City appeared in Richardson County District Court this week facing three charges in two separate cases. In each case, Blunt entered a plea of no contest to the charges as part of a plea agreement.
In the first case Blunt entered the plea to a pair of felony charges of attempted burglary in connection with break-ins, at the former Mickelberry Building at 810 East 5th Street in Falls City.
In the second case Blunt entered a plea of no contest to another charge of attempted burglary. The charge in this case was in connection with a break-in at 401 South Fulton Street in April of 2014 involving the theft of a 1953 Harley Davidson motorcycle.
A pre sentence investigation was ordered in each case. Blunt is to appear in Richardson County District Court for sentencing in each case on February 24.
