(KAIR)--USD 409 School Board member Bill Shipley has filed for re-election to the board.
According to Atchison County Clerk Pauline Lee, Shipley filed Wednesday for the April election.
Shipley's spot is one of four that will be voted on. Each position is a four year term, and will begin on July 1st of this year.
Board President Herb Gwaltney filed for re-election Tuesday morning.
The deadline to file for the election is Tuesday, January 27th at noon.
