(KMZA)--Repair work will be done at the Nemaha County Courthouse in Seneca.
The County Commission on Monday approved a bid from Miller and Heiman Construction, of Seneca, to repair the restroom walls at the courthouse. The walls were damaged due to water seepage. In addition, they will paint the hallways at the courthouse. The work will be done at a cost of $9,457.
In other business, the Commission approved the appointment of Wayne Hermesch to the position of Adams Township Clerk on the recommendation of the Township Board.
The Commission also agreed to appropriate $2,100 for 2015 to Northeast Kansas Enterprise Facilitation and $2,000 to DOVES Inc.
