(KAIR)--A new court date has been set for a St. Joseph man accused of drug related crimes in Atchison.
22-year-old Tanner Bailey made an appearance in Atchison County District Court Monday afternoon where his attorney requested an extension for the case, and Judge Martin Asher set a new hearing date for January 7th.
Bailey was arrested in late November after he was found unconscious in a vehicle located in the 900 block of U.S. 59 Highway. When police investigated, they found what appeared to be methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia in his possession.
Bailey remains in the Atchison County Jail.
