(KNZA)--A December 21st Brown County traffic crash has claimed the life of a rural Hiawatha resident.
Kenneth Ross died Friday at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas at the age of 61.
Brown County Sheriff John Merchant says Ross was the driver of a vehicle that broadsided a vehicle on U.S. Highway 36 as he entered from Natchez Road.
Two others hurt in the wreck suffered only minor injuries.
Funeral services for Ross will be Friday morning at 11:00 at the Zion Lutheran Church north of Everest.
Horton's Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
