(KNZA)--Special recognition for Highland Community College, ranked 29th on a list of the 50 Most Affordable Community Colleges in the Country.
The rankings were compiled by the recently launched website AffordableColleges.com, created to help make college more cost effective for students.
In creating the list, those behind the website examined average in-state tuition costs and institutional financial aid rates for every community college in the country, narrowing down the list to the 50 that are the most financially accessible.
