(KMZA)--An investigation is launched as the Nemaha County Sheriff's Department searches for a hit-and-run driver that caused over $1,000 in damage.
The incident happened sometime between the early evening of November 11th and the morning of November 12th when a vehicle, westbound in the 200 block of 3rd street in Wetmore, struck, and damaged, the parked Chevy Silverado, owned by ANR Pipeline of Havensville, Kansas.
The Sheriff's Department says the driver then fled to scene, and anyone with information is being asked to come forward.
