(KLZA)-- 30-year old Jeremy S. Kaster of Tecumseh was sentenced to concurrent prison sentences in Richardson County District Court Tuesday.
Kaster appeared for re-sentencing on three cases for violating his probation in those cases.
On a felony charge of burglary Kaster was sentenced to 20-36 months in prison. This sentence will be served concurrently to the 20 – 36 months he received on a charge of theft by unlawful taking.
In re-sentencing Kaster on a charge of criminal mischief Kaster was sentenced to a year in the Richardson County Jail. However, this sentence will be served concurrently to the other sentences and served with the Nebraska Department of Corrections as well.
