(KLZA)-- Jerry Oliver has been elected Mayor of Falls City. Oliver received 630 votes in Tuesday's election. Charles Bentley received 556 votes.
In the Ward III Council race incumbent Kirby Robidoux was defeated by challenger John Vaughn 137 - 113.
Second Ward Council member Judy Murphy received 190 votes to 50 for write-in candidate James Liming.
The two-year term on the Falls City School Board will go to June Bowers who defeated Tedd Gilkerson 923 - 773.
In the race for three, four year terms on the Falls City School Board Scott Huppert received 1,055 votes, John Martin 976, Richard Malcolm 917, Randy Sickel 886 and Terry Lotter 835. Huppert and Martin are re-elected to the Board and Malcolm will also go on the District 56 Board.
There has been a delay with one of the Humboldt voting precincts and all of those results are not yet in.
