(KNZA)--The twenty members of the 2014 Highland Community College Associate Degree in Nursing class were honored during their commencement exercises held in Culbertson Auditorium on the Highland campus.
The graduates, families, friends, and faculty heard from Highland Community College Vice President for Academic Affairs who introduced HCC President David Reist for the welcome. Nursing faculty member Julie Martinez and Director of Nursing Cynthia Jacobson recognized the graduates and conducted the Pinning Ceremony.
Nursing student Sarah Bell was the voice of her fellow graduates as she delivered the Congratulatory Message before Reist and Joyce C. Rush, chairwoman of the HCC Board of Trustees, presented the diplomas.
