(KLZA)-- Daniel Worton of Wilber, Nebraska was sentenced to concurrent prison sentences by Richardson County District Court Judge Daniel Bryan Tuesday following a violation of his probation.
The 24-year-old Worton was re-sentenced on felony convictions of attempted burglary, aid or abet and a charge of attempted possession of a stolen firearm.
Worton was ordered to spend 20–60 months in prison on each charge with the sentences to be served concurrently. Worton was allowed credit for 348 days already served.
