(KLZA)-- In recent days you may have noticed the Wright Tree Service trimming trees from power lines in alley’s in Falls City.
Falls City Utilities contracted with the company for this service. The Tree Service has requested a power outage from 15th to 22nd Streets on the west side of Crook Street to the East side of Abbott Street on Wednesday, August 6th between 9 a-m and 11 a-m.
The tree trimming is needed to keep the lines safer from breaking limbs due to wind and ice. The power outage is designed to help the reliability of the electric system in Falls City.
