(KNZA)--The 89th annual Jackson County Fair kicked off Monday and runs through Saturday at the fairgrounds in Holton.
The Jackson County Farm Bureau Association will hold the 22nd Annual Kiddie Tractor Pull Monday evening at 7 on the north side of the 4-H building. Registration will begin at 5:30.
Tuesday brings the 4-H hog and beef shows at the livestock arena.
The fair parade is Wednesday evening at 6:30 around Holton’s Town Square. Melvin and Carol Wells, of Holton, will serve as grand marshals of this year’s parade. Also Wednesday evening there will be a talent show followed by karaoke.
Thursday evening brings the livestock sale.
Toby’s Amusements will hold a carnival on the fairgrounds through Saturday, starting at 6 each evening.
