(KLZA)-- An Omaha man is facing a charge of being a habitual criminal in Richardson County District Court.
Michael E. Tinsley, 39 is charged with possession of burglars tools, habitual criminal, operating a motor vehicle during time of suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an open title involving a Dodge pickup.
Tinsley entered a not guilty plea to the charges. He was arrested in May and has previously been convicted five times on criminal charges.
