(KLZA)-- Joshua E. Nissen of Falls City has been sentenced to consecutive terms of confinement in Richardson County District Court.
Nissen was sentenced to a period of 20-60 months in prison on a felony charge of theft by unlawful taking for the theft of motors and wire owned by Kenneth Arnold of Falls City. In this case Nissen was allowed credit for 161 days previously served in jail.
In the second case Nissen was sentenced to a year in the Richardson County Jail for a misdemeanor charge of theft by unlawful taking for items he stole from Doug Kirkendall of rural Falls City. This sentence will be served at a Department of Corrections Facility consecutively to the sentence served in the first case.
