(KLZA) -- Preliminary hearings are scheduled for 29-year old Keith A. Ferris of Falls City in two felony cases in Richardson County Court.
In the first case Ferris is charged with burglary in connection with the theft of a television in April during a break-in in the 2100 block of Morton Street in Falls City.
The second charge of burglary stems from the theft of a 1953 Harley Davidson motorcycle and some other items from a building on south Fulton Street on April 6th.
Preliminary hearings in each case is scheduled for June 4th in Richardson County Court.
