(MSC News)--On Thursday, April 10 in the morning hours, members of the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office along with the Wamego Police Department served a search warrant at 511 Chestnut, Wamego KS. The warrant was the result of a joint investigation by the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office and the Wamego Police Department of the alleged use and distribution of illegal drugs. As a result of this search warrant an unspecified quantity of methamphetamine was seized during the execution of the warrant. In addition, two persons were taken into custody, Christopher Zoeller, 28 year old male of the residence for Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Drug Tax Stamp and Erica Swenson, 25 year old female from Wamego for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both Zoeller and Swenson remain at the Pottawatomie County Jail, bond has not yet been set.

Park Avenue, St.Marys. The warrant was the result of a joint investigation by the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office and the St.Marys Police Department of the alleged use and distribution of illegal drugs. As a result of this search warrant a unspecified quantity of methamphetamine was seized during the execution of the warrant. In addition, one person was taken into custody, Shannon Meireis 32 year old female of the residence for Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Drug Tax Stamp. Meireis remains at the Pottawatomie County Jail, bond has not yet been set.
