(KLZA) -- A felony charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, aid or abet against 21-year old Erica Beethe of Elk Creek has been dismissed in Richardson County District Court.
Beethe was scheduled for a jury trial in the case. She was charged in the theft of a Jeep Wrangler from Armbruster Motor Company of Falls City in May of 2013.
Beethe was sentenced to prison sentences in February in both Pawnee and Nemaha County, Nebraska cases on charges of burglary and possession of Hydrocodone and Oxycodone as well as attempted possession of Methamphetamine.
Currently Brad Schlicker of Sabetha is facing charges in Richardson County in connection with the theft of the vehicle from Armbruster Motor Company.
