(KNZA)--A single-vehicle wreck Sunday morning south of Marysville claimed the life of a Marysville teen.
Marshall County Sheriff Dan Hargrove says 17-year-old Seth McKay was killed after his northbound vehicle left the west side of U.S. 77 Highway and struck a tree. McKay was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident occurred around 7 Sunday morning.
McKay was a junior at Valley Heights High School in Blue Rapids.
He is survived by his parents, Grant and Linda McKay and a sister, Bailey.
