(KLZA) --18-year-old Connor Shullaw of Central City was sentenced on seven misdemeanor counts in Nemaha County, Nebraska District Court.
On charges of attempted theft by unlawful taking; two counts of theft by unlawful taking, minor in possession, criminal mischief, graffiti and driving under suspension Shullaw was sentenced to 36 months probation. At the time of his arrest, Shullaw resided in Auburn.
In addition to the probation, Shullaw must make restitution totaling $2,340 to six people and the City of Auburn; and pay a total of $1,512 in fees and court costs.
District Judge Daniel Bryan also ordered the defendant to serve six, 30 day jail sentences. The sentences can be waived upon recommendation of the probation officer.
