William " Bill" Saunders
(KNZA)-- A farming accident has claimed the life of a Doniphan County man.
68-year-old William “ Bill” Saunders of the Fanning area died Friday afternoon at Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph from injuries receive while attempting to move a grain auger.
No funeral services are planned. A celebration of Saunder's life was held Sunday evening at the Fanning Church of Christ.
Saunders is survived by his wife, Carolyn, along with four children and eight grandchildren.
