(KAIR)--A closure on Route U in St. Joseph has been rescheduled. According to a release from the Missouri Department of Transportation, the route will be closed starting Tuesday morning and will remain closed until Thursday.
The road will close between U.S. Highway 59 and U.S. Highway 759 for repairs to the Burlington Northern Santa Fe tracks in that area. It will be closed from approximately 7:00AM to 2:00PM each day, weather permitting. During the closure, motorists are encouraged to take an alternate route.
