( KNZA)--The arraignment for one of two women charged in a Brown County identity fraud and phone harassment case has been postponed.
Brown County District Court Judge John Weingart Monday granted a request by the court-appointed attorney for Amanda Gunderson, of Hiawatha, for a continuance and rescheduled the arraignment for March 31st .
Gunderson is charged with two felony counts of aiding and abetting identity fraud and a misdemeanor count of aiding and abetting harassment by telephone.
She is accused of aiding and abetting Molly Smith, of Troy. Smith is accused of assuming a fake identity in order to text various individuals in the Hiawatha area, allegedly sending harassing and threatening messages.
