(KNZA)--The Kansas Department of Health and Environment Monday afternoon issued a boil water advisory for Jefferson County Rural Water District #10, which includes Lakeshore Estates.
KDHE says the district water supply has experienced a loss of pressure in the system due to a water main break.
Effective immediately, customers should boil the water they use for drinking or food preparation one minute prior to use.
The boil advisory will remain in place until further notice.
