(KLZA) -- 26-year-old James Lunsford of Falls City was sentenced to three years of probation by Richardson County District Court Judge Daniel Bryan Tuesday on a misdemeanor charge of Criminal Mischief.
In addition to the probation, Lunsford was ordered to do 50 hours of community service, make restitution in the amount of $3,000 to Lamarr Matthes and war ordered to pay nearly $1,100 in fees.
Lunsford was originally charged with a felony charge of Criminal Mischief and a misdemeanor count of Theft By Unlawful Taking. He was accused of damaging a house and the theft of copper wire and a central air unit.
