(KLZA) -- Route O in Atchison County, Missouri will close for bridge work next week, according to the Missouri Department of Transportation. The road will close to traffic at the bridge over the Middle Fork of the Tarkio Creek, south of Westboro, on Monday, at approximately 7:30 a.m., weather permitting.
The closure will last approximately two months. Motorists will need to use an alternate route.
MoDOT apologizes for any inconvenience that this necessary closure may cause and encourages all motorists to slow down, buckle up and drive safely through work zones to ensure everyone can Arrive Alive.
