(KLZA) -- The Breezy Hill Café south of Falls City was forced to be closed Sunday after the facilities 10 ton heating and air conditioning unit located in back of the building was damaged by a hit and run driver.
According to a report from the Richardson County Sheriff’s Office it appears that possibly a semi-trailer went up on the cement slab the unit was sitting on and hit it, pulling it away from the building.
Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact the Richardson County Sheriff’s Department.
Damage was estimated at $25,000.
