(KNZA)--A Troy man will stand trial on charges in a Doniphan County child sex case.
56-year-old William Loney was bound over to Doniphan County District Court recently on charges of aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated indecent liberties with a child after waiving his preliminary hearing.
Arraignment is scheduled for February 5th.
According to court documents, Loney is accused of willfully engaging in the lewd fondling or touching of a child under the age of 14.
He remains in the Doniphan County Jail.
