(KLZA) Erica Beethe of Elk Creek has been bound over to Nemaha County, Nebraska District Court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. The charge dates back to February of 2013.
Arraignment is this case is set for January 8th, 2014.
Beethe is also scheduled for a jury trial in Richardson County District Court on January 8th on a felony charge of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition.
In the Richardson County Case Beethe was arrested in May, accused of the theft of a Jeep Wrangler from Armbruster Motor Company in Falls City.
