Getting Ready For Horton's Veteran's Day Parade
(KNZA)--Veteran's Day was commemorated in local communities today, including Holton, Horton and Falls City, as veterans and spectators alike braved the blustery condtions.
Holton's ceremonies began at 11:00 with an Honor Rifle Salute, followed by a 1:00 parade.
In Falls City, the annual Veteran's Day program began at 11:00, followed by a 1:30 parade.
In Horton, the annual Veteran's Day parade, sponsored by American Legion Post #7 and VFW Post #3021, was held at 2:30.
