(KNZA)--Despite today's rain, Hiawatha's 99th annual Halloween Frolic will go on as planned.
However, due to the weather, one change has been made, with the 6:30 annual crowning of the Halloween Queen ceremony moved to a new location.
Normally held outdoors, it will instead be held, at the same time, inside the Brown County Historical Society's Memorial Auditorium.
The afternoon's 3:00 Kiddie Parade is still set to happen, as well as the evening's Grand Parade at 7:00.
Motorists are reminded that traffic, and parking, is not being allowed on Oregon Street.
