(KLZA) -- Dylan M. Flock of Auburn was arraigned in Nemaha County, Nebraska District Court last week on a Class III felony charge of Burglary; a Class II misdemeanor charge of Theft By Unlawful Taking and a Class III misdemeanor charge of Minor In Possession.
Flock entered a plea of not guilty to the charges. A jury trial has been scheduled to begin November 14th. Bond was continued in the case.
Flock is accused of a break-in in the 1500 block of O Street in Auburn in Mid July.
