( KNZA )-A White Cloud man convicted of two counts of aggravated indecent solicitation of a child under the age of 14 has been sentenced to nearly 4 years in prison.
David Cisneros was handed the sentence Wednesday in Doniphan County District Court.
Cisneros pleaded no contest to the amended charges in May.
He had originally been charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a male child.
Cisneros was arrested in January 2012. The case was delayed after he was ordered to undergo a competency evaluation.
