( KNZA )--The 95th Annual Brown County Free Fair will kick off Tuesday at the fairgrounds in Horton and runs through Friday.
Tuesday will bring the rabbit, poultry and dairy shows. The parade will be held at 6:30 in the evening, with the fashion revue to follow. The theme of this year parade is “ Sew It, Grow It, Show It”.
The swine, bucket calf and beef shows take place Wednesday. The pedal power tractor pull will be held that evening, with registration beginning at 6.
The Brown County Extension Council will serve grilled pork burgers Thursday evening beginning at 5:30, and free entertainment will provided that evening at 8 o’clock on the cement platform with country artist Rusty Rierson performing.
The fair will wrap-up Friday evening with the livestock sale.
