(KLZA) Arrest warrants were issued for two Richardson County residents who failed to appear in Richardson County District Court Tuesday.
24 year old Chelsea Porter of Shubert was scheduled to appear for re-sentencing on a probation violation. Porter was previously placed on probation on a misdemeanor charge of negligently committing child abuse, no injury and a second misdemeanor charge of false reporting.
31 year old Jesse Luginbill of Verdon also failed to appear for court Tuesday. Luginbill was scheduled to appear for arraignment on a class III felony charge of aiding and abetting a class III felony. The charge stems from the February 2013 theft of motors and copper wire valued at more than $1,500.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Porter or Luginbill is asked to contact your local law enforcement agency.
