( MSCNEWS )-Several area northeast Kansas communities will hold their 4th of July celebrations Saturday, June 29th.
4th of July celebrations will be held in Goff, Sabetha and Seneca.
In Goff, the activities will kick off at 10 in the morning with a car and motorcycle show. A parade will be held at 6 in the evening, with games and rides for youngsters to follow. At 8 o’clock, Goff native Gary Bell and friends will perform, with fireworks at dusk.
In Sabetha, an alumni baseball game will be held at 6, with fireworks at dusk at the north baseball facilities.
In Seneca, a free-will donation pulled pork dinner will be held at 6 o’clock at the Spring Creek Golf course, with a fireworks display at dusk.
Hiawatha will hold a fireworks display this year. It will be held Wednesday evening at dusk down “ Windmill Lane” at the Brown County Ag Museum.
In addition, residents can shoot off fireworks at the Hiawatha City Lake beginning Saturday through Friday, July 5th.
