( KNZA )---Due to the wet weather, a pavement resurfacing project on K-7 Highway in Doniphan County has been rescheduled from today ( Tuesday ) to Wednesday.
The Kansas Department of Transportation says northbound and southbound K-7 from the north city limits of White Cloud to the Kansas/Nebraska border will be closed in both directions for the work Wednesday during daylight hours only, weather permitting.
The closure is needed as part of the resurfacing project taking place on K-7 and K-9 in Atchison and Doniphan Counties.
Advance message boards will alert drivers to the roadway closure. No marked detour provided. Drivers should expect delays and must use alternate routes during the roadway closure.
