(KLZA) A jury trial has been set in Richardson County for a Reserve man facing drug and weapons charges in two separate cases.
In the first case, 41-year-old Gregory Frederick pleaded not guilty last week in Richardson County District Court to felony charges of possession of methamphetamine, being a prohibited person in possession of a deadly weapon, and a second offense of carrying a concealed weapon.
Authorities say Frederick was allegedly in possession of a knife. The charges date back to February of last year.
In the second case, Frederick pleaded not guilty to a charge of being a prohibited person in possession of a deadly weapon. The charge stems from an incident in March.
A jury trial in both cases was set for September 11th.
