(KLZA) The Auburn City Council will meet at 7 p-m Monday evening at City Hall.
Agenda items include a meeting with Olsson Associates to discuss recreation facility planning. Ordinances confirming the sale of properties at 721 11th Street and 716 10th Street are on the agenda for approval as well.
The Auburn Council is expected to approve a motion to fund from the Board of Public Works Electrical Reserves the West Waterline Project. Works and TIF funds collected from the project will be deposited in the Board of Public Works Electrical Reserve account on an annual basis for reimbursement.
Council members are also expected to authorize JEO engineering to prepare necessary documentation for bidding and construction of the West Waterline Project.
Resolutions authorizing liens on delinquent accounts with the Board of Public Works will be reviewed and six housing rehab project bids will be reviewed for approval.
Appointments to the Auburn Tree Board are also up for approval during the meeting.
