(KLZA) 27 year old Ryan C. Bennett of Verdon entered a plea of not guilty to a felony charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition during an arraignment hearing in Richardson County District Court Tuesday.
Bennett is charged in connection with the August, 2012 theft of a double axle trailer valued at more than $1,500 from a location west of Falls City.
A jury trial date has been set for August 6th. Bond was continued in the case.
