( KNZA )--Two Troy residents have been charged in connection with the burglary of a Troy business.
20-year-old Brent Schultz and 19-year-old Gunner Huss have each been charged in Doniphan County District Court with felony burglary and misdemeanor theft.
They also face charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The pair are charged in a recent burglary at Davies Oil Company. Taken during the break-in were more than one dozen packages of cigarettes and three dozen bottles of assorted drinks.
A preliminary hearing for Schultz is set for Tuesday and Huss the following day.
