(KLZA) The Falls City, City Council will meet at 7 p-m Monday evening at City Hall.
Agenda items include a final reading on an ordinance to change the start time of the second meeting of the month to 6 p-m.
The Council will discuss a memorandum of understanding between the City and TriState Tractor for a loan / grant from LB-840 ReUse Funds as recommended by the Citizens Advisory Review Committee.
Other agenda items include requests to use the streets and parks for a triathalon event July 27th. Requests to suspend the first two readings on ordinances concerning abatement procedures for nuisances and vacating streets for Champions Crossing.
Council members will also discuss a recommendation from the Planning Commission regarding Champions Crossing Subdivision.
A request for renting Prichard Auditorium for a wedding reception and allowing alcohol to be served on November 9th will also be discussed.
