(KNZA)--Two pickup trucks are missing from Pottawatomie County, and the Sheriff's Department is actively seeking leads to locate the stolen vehicles.
The estimated loss from the theft exceeds $30,000.
The trucks are owned by Bob Hull Inc., a family owned utility contracting business located in Frankfort.
They were stolen May 7th or 8th from the area of Bluebird Road, north of Highway 24, in Pottawatomie County.
One of the trucks is a white 4 wheel drive 2004 Chevrolet HD 2500 with a Duramax Diesel. It has a crew cab with a tool box installed on the bed, with a fuel tank behind the tool box with a hand pump. The license plate, when stolen, read “416-DWD.”
The other pickup is a maroon 4 wheel drive 2005 Chevy HD 2500 with a crew cab. It has a tool box behind the cab and one on each side of the bed. The back window reads “Bob Hull Inc,” and the license, when stolen, read “418-DWD.”
