(KLZA) A felony charge of strangulation against 44 year old Edward Connolly of Falls City has been amended to a misdemeanor charge of Assault in the third degree.
A felony count of terroristic threats has also been filed against Connolly.
Connolly entered a plea of no contest to the charges in Richardson County Court this and he was found guilty.
Sentencing is scheduled for June 5th.
