(KMZA )-The cost of insurance will increase about 76-hundred dollars this year for the city of Seneca.
The Seneca City Council Wednesday evening approved a quote from EMC Insurance Company that totaled just over $110,000 for coverage that among other things includes property, general liability, and workers compensation.
Agent Jim Runnebaum said the premium went up due to an increase in property replacement values.
The policy renews on April 1st.
