(KLZA)--A 71-year-old Falls City man has been bound over to Richardson County District court for arraignment on three felony charges.
Eugene “Buddy” Waters is charged with a felony count of domestic assault in the second degree for the September 2012 alleged assault of his wife in Falls City.
Waters is also charged with a felony count of terroristic threat and a felony charge of using a firearm to commit a felony.
Bond is set at $300,000.
Arraignment is set for March 26th.
