(KLZA)--A 28-year-old Falls City man is going to prison for nearly 2-years.
That follows the sentence handed down in Richardson County District Court for Joshua Nissen following a violation of probation.
He was found to have violated the terms regarding the probation he was serving on a charge of attempted unlawful taking or dispostion to aid or abet.
Nissen was placed into the custody of the Richardson County Sheriff's Department awaiting transfer.
