(KLZA)--A 31 year old rural Shubert woman appeared in Richardson County Court this week in four separate cases.
In two of the cases Meagan Ivey was bound over for arraignment in Richardson County District Court. In one case Ivey is charged with a felony counts of terroristic threats and failure to appear when on bail.
Ivey was also bound over to District Court in another case in which she is charged with felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear when on bail.
Arraignment in District Court is scheduled for April 2nd in each case.
Ivey is facing jury trials in County Court in two other cases. In the first case she is charged with misdemeanor counts of violating a protection order, stalking, criminal trespass in the third degree and failure to appear.
In the second case Ivey is facing misdemeanor counts of violating a protection order, stalking, criminal trespassing in the 2nd degree and failure to appear.
Ivey previously entered a plea of not guilty to all of the charges in each case.
She is currently free on bond.
