( KMZA )--A 43-year-old Baileyville man has been arrested and charged with multiple child sex offenses.
Eugene Ackerman was arrested Wednesday following an investigation by the Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department.
Ackerman has been formally charged in Nemaha County District Court with nine felony counts. They include three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, two counts of aggravated indecent solicitation of a child, and one count each of lewd and lascivious behavior and criminal threat.
According to court documents, the alleged incidents occurred between June 1st and June 30th, 2010 and involved two children under the age of 14
Ackerman remains in the Nemaha County Jail on one million dollars bond.
